working alongside a professional support team.

This program supports children and adults with developmental disabilities (DDS) who benefit from a consistent, structured home environment.

Basic Qualifications

You may be a good fit for an Agency Companion Home if you:

  • Must pass background checks

  •  Have a stable home environment

  •  Have an extra bedroom available

  •  Are willing to complete required training

  •  Can provide consistency, patience, and structure

  •  Are open to working with a support team

Compensation

Agency Companion Homes receive compensation for providing care and support.

This includes:

  • Room & Board payments to cover living expenses

  • A daily rate for the level of care and support provided
